Family Nature Parcs is aiming to become a significant trainers, molders and suppliers of players, coaches, athletes, champions and the sport stars of the future and the trendsetters of the one stop, multi sport and recreation outdoor facilities of fun and wellness for life.

The senior management we are seeking to recruit will participate in completing the remaining and exciting parts of the establishment and commissioning of the first Family Nature Parcs at Ashton Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

Each post holder will provide executive level direction and management of key administrative and external relations functions of the organization, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Communication, Sport and Recreation Event and Facilities Management, Private and Public Stakeholder Relations and other duties. The work will include:

• Participation in the Company’s management as it may apply to his/her specific position, sharing collective responsibility with other board members and with the top management team for achieving the Company’s business and strategic objectives.
• Responsibility for Human Resources (HR) functions, including policies and procedures, recruitment, appraisals, retention, training and safety;
• Responsibility for carrying and executing specific duties and responsibilities according to his/her executive position and department functions.
• Candidates are expected to perform at the highest levels within an integrated organization that aspires to combine the results-orientation and entrepreneurship of the best private and non-governmental organizations with the transparency and accountability of the best public institutions.
• We measure his/her success by results and have the resilience and maturity to manage internal relationships in a rapidly growing and ever changing organization.
• Remuneration packages according to quality of experience and education level and may include founders’ shares privileges and other incentives.

Very soon, we will start searching for a number of talented individuals who would become the senior staff and department heads of the company. These positions will report directly to the Senior Vice-President designated for the various departments.
